Culture world: USA
From a capitalist point of view, the United States of America is by far one the world's most acclaimed model for successful businesses. This characterizes the goal-oriented attitude of Americans characterizing the basis for United States' constant economic growth. In Latin American and European countries it is customary to initially grant four week vacations or more, whereas in most American companies an initial two week vacation may not be increased to four weeks until after several years of employment. Notwithstanding, Americans are able to enjoy life with several cultural events such as football. Americans often gather friends in a barbecue outdoor setting where their sweetened barbecue sauce, baked beans, potato salad, corn bread and assorted cola and beer beverages coins one of their favorite eating habits. As much as they are hard-working they are freely expressive in their free-time.


Their sense of individuality, such as being economically independent often timed by the age of eighteen, promotes early maturing. From this, they are encouraged to make their own decisions in regards to family or career at an early age. Individual expressiveness is also encouraged in their scholar system, which also contributes to their independent behavior, hence, one of the reasons why Americans are excellent academic critics. They are able to relay all the pro and cons of a masterpiece as a Master's Degree Thesis. This ability is internationally known in the academia world which once again is tied back to their roots and culture.
